James, in his glory. Yet another yard project, this one started by our neighbor, but we got a new rock wall and trees out of the deal, and James got to drive this excavator himself. No one else on it but him. Scary for the mom, but he listened to all the directions given to him and did a great job!!

Memorial Day weekend

Days go by...

Can't believe it's May...This picture was spring clean up back in April, the boys on the tractor.
Here's our KK looking so angelic :-)

Here are the kids, very excited for mommy's Mother's Day gift to arrive! A big giant forged metal turtle! What?? It's a foot stool/end table/drink table for the pool area, but seriously, it's the cutest TURTLE! And it is just begging to be ridden by little people.

Quick look @ Easter

Weather was beautiful! Kids were well behaved in church. Outfits lasted thru the picture taking. Only one small bloody nose from a bouncy house collision...not a bad Easter. We all soaked in the warm air and remembered how blessed we are on this day!

April...

With April almost over, the blogger wanted to post some various shots from the month.

This first one makes us chuckle. These two could play for HOURS together. Anna and James are like peas and carrots when they get together.

Ah, our linebacker...I mean daughter. The cheeks are the signature "my teeth hurt so dont mess with me" and the forehead is just another run in with something that doesn't move. This time it was a sliding glass door.

James still doesn't realize this is a girl's toy. Which is fine by us as it looks a little like Driving Miss Daisy around the yard sometimes. And at least we know Kaitlyn is contained!
